TARIFFS
2012

We have tried to simplify our tariffs so that you know exactly what you will be paying.  With the exception of electricity, all our tariffs are fully inclusive - they include the hire of the Gîte (prices shown are per week per Gîte), gas, water and taxe de sejour, a weekly change of linen and towels and basic condiments.

GENERAL INFORMATION

CHANGEOVER
Gîtes are available Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
Midweek changeovers are possible in selected Gîtes during the Off, Mid and Low seasons.
All bookings commence at 16:00 hrs.
The Gîte must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on the day of departure.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A breakage deposit of £100 is applicable to all bookings. The deposit is required as a separate cheque at the time that the final payment is due. The cheque will be cashed two weeks prior to your arrival.
Should any damage/breakages occur during your stay, these will be deducted from your breakage deposit. Each Gîte contains a detailed inventory and you should advise the owners should anything be missing.

The Gîte is cleaned on the day of your departure. We require you to leave the Gîte in a clean state when you leave. Should extra cleaning be required, this will be deducted from your breakage deposit.
The deposit, subject to the above, will be refunded by post within 14 days of your departure.

LIABILITY
Les Gîtes de Carlux accepts no responsibility for personal injury, personal belongings, car and contents, nor for actual or consequential loss. We stronggly recommend that you ensure that you have adequate comprehensive insurance to cover all eventualities.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
All bookings are accepted subject to the Terms and Conditions shown on the reverse of the booking form.
